Fitectra provides estimates and educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional coaching. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether the planner, meal suggestions, workout ideas, and nutrition estimates are appropriate for you. Stop activity and seek qualified guidance if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Local data
Your planner data is stored in your browser on your device. You are responsible for keeping any exported backup secure. Fitectra cannot recover data removed from your browser.
Advertising and affiliate links
